The Process

The Thrive360 Business Diagnostic generally takes 45-90 days depending on the size and complexity of your business.



The entire Thrive360 Business Diagnostic generally takes 45-90 days depending on the size and complexity of your business. There are many factors that effect the timeline and we will provide our best estimate before we begin.


Company Survey

We will conduct a survey across the entire company covering varied topics. The survey results will only be visible to our company and individual responses will never be shared with anyone from your company. We will share most pertinent information in a summary format.

Thrive360 Discovery Meeting

At the end of the process you will receive a Thrive360 Report with powerful data uncovered during this process. Once the report is complete you will get a copy and we will have a meeting to go over all the data and allow you to ask any questions you have, ensuring you have complete clarity to shape your next steps.


Initial Intake Form & Data Collection

During this phase we will collect things like history, number of team members, org chart, P&L reports for past 3 years, any documented processes or systems, products/services, marketing efforts, sales process, meeting rhythm, etc.


Pulse Meetings

These meetings are the core of this process. We will meet with every member of your leadership team, management level team members, and a sampling of other team members. These meetings will be completely confidential to create a safe environment to get as much information as possible.

Thrive360 Strategy Session

We will have one final meeting once you’ve had time to look over the Thrive360 report. During this session we will primarily focus on helping you begin to formulate a strategy to strengthen and grow your business using what you’ve learned from this process. During this session we can discuss ways we can support you moving forward if you are interested.

What To Expect From Your Thrive360 Report

Loud & Clear

This part of the report will highlight themes and comments that we heard consistently from several people. This will come up in other areas of the report but we like to put these front and center so they are not missed.

Quick Fix

We will provide suggestions for strategies which could provide quick results and increase energy and enthusiasm about the path forward, while working on the primary growth plan. 

Bright Spots

We will indicate your clear strengths, any competitive advantage, or perhaps a unique selling proposition. Along with this, we will provide suggestions for how to lean into these strengths.

Thrive Growth Map

This is the culmination of our work together. We will provide a suggested path toward building a thriving business based on all the data collected during the Thrive360 Business Diagnostic. 

Growth Areas

Here we will address the areas that need the most attention and those things that may be obstacles to growth. We will organize them in order of importance from “critical”, to “important”, to “keep in mind”.
