Hello and welcome! There’s nothing fancy about this page. Just going to run through exactly what we’ll be doing in the program together if you decide to join me.

The outcome is simple. To position your business for significant and consistent growth, while also freeing you up to pursue other things or just enjoy your family and life.

I’m going to give you everything you need and nothing you don’t. You won’t need any fancy tech, new software, or other tools. The only tool you will need is your laptop or phone and a willingness to put in some work.

We’re going to solve the biggest core problems that stop business owners from truly scaling their business and getting their life back. These are the areas that will make or break your business being positioned to scale. These are often the difference between hustling to get $1million a year in revenue or relaxing while scaling to $10 million a year in revenue.

They are …

  • Lack of direction and identity
  • Lack of quality and productive leadership
  • Lack of clear systems and processes
  • Can’t get ideal culture, expectations, systems and actions to stick

These things don’t sound as sexy as marketing or sales but after working with business owners for the last 12 years I promise you these are the things that will make or break your ability to scale your business. If ignored you will hit ceilings no matter how good all the other stuff in your business is. These are foundational to consistent growth!

First we’ll focus on that lack of direction and identity. In the program I will call this “Destination”.

Businesses that don’t have direction or identity end up dealing with two critical obstacles to growth. They become reactionary because they don’t have a plan or goals to guide their decisions. You will consistently make poor choices about what you should take action on and what you shouldn’t. Honestly, you’ll just say yes to everything that you think will make you money and by doing that you’ll never actually scale.

When businesses don’t have an identity they leave their identity and therefore their clients experience to chance. You will see inconsistencies with customer experience and employee results, leading to frustration and the need to constantly put out fires.

So here’s what we’re going to do:

STEP 1: We need to start with YOU! I’ll help you paint the picture of your ideal life supported by your thriving business. What do you want your role to look like in the company? How much time are you giving to the company? How much time off do you have? Are you actively managing the day to day or would you prefer to step away and be involved more passively? Knowing this and defining this will help you make decisions moving forward.

STEP 2: Our next step will be to think about that thriving business. I’ll help you create your 10 year dream, 3 year target, 1 year plan, and then teach you how to make those 3 month anchors that will be critical to building amazing productivity! Those 3 month anchors will change the trajectory of your business once you learn how to use them!

STEP 3: In the final step of this stage we will define the DNA of your business. I will help you think through what’s important to you and how you want your company and people to be known. I’m going to push you on this because this often is overlooked because it seems like some feel good mumbo jumbo (not a word but you get the idea). If you do this well you will attract and keep the right people, while providing your customers a consistently good experience. If you don’t you will constantly be fighting to build a good team and never have consistency in your business. 

Get your DESTINATION right and you’ll be well on your way to making the best strategic choices, attracting and keeping the best team members, and providing a consistent customer experience.

Once we get your destination started we’ll jump into building and empowering your leadership team. It is not possible to scale your business unless you have a quality and productive leadership team! 

You might have leaders but are they quality leaders that represent you and your company well? Maybe you even have quality leaders but are they productive? Are they truly and fully invested in the business? Probably not … but it’s ok because that’s what I’m going to help you do during this stage. 

Having a solid leadership team is immensely powerful. Being able to take some hats off and share responsibility with other leaders that truly lead will take a lot of pressure off and significantly replicate your efforts, which is a huge first step toward scaling.

So here’s the steps we’ll take

STEP 1:  First, we need to choose them. In the “Destination” stage I will have helped you create an org chart for your business, which you’ll be able to use to brainstorm who might be the best fit for your team. I’ll help you think through all the critical elements to ensure you choose wisely.

STEP 2: Next I will help you empower that team. I’ll walk you through your individual meetings with each person and your very first team meeting to ensure you start off right. The hardest part of this step is you really letting go and letting them lead. It can be tough for owners but once you do and if you do it right, it will become one of the most liberating feelings you’ve ever had. You’ll invite your team into helping you solidify your “Destination” and then give them very specific areas to lead. When you put intentional effort into this it pays off in amazing ways!

Step 3: The last part of this phase is to add in some accountability. It’s one thing to empower them and get them excited but the truth is that emotions wane and people start to get off track. Healthy accountability is a good thing and can be done in a way that your team won’t dread but actually might come to appreciate it and even want it … imagine that!

 Take these 3 steps, build that kick butt leadership team, and watch the weight come off your shoulders, experience new energy as people start to invest in your business in a new way, and watch productivity go through the roof as you business grows!

In many ways, our “Destination” and “Leadership” phases have laid the foundation. Now it’s time to really step things up and add the ingredients to break through those common ceilings and truly scale your business.

The third phase is focused on helping you build your systems and processes. It’s extremely rare that a business has clear and followed systems and processes but there is immense power in doing just that. The goal is to create these systems and processes in such a way as to ensure that your team is taking the best actions that will achieve the best results every time. This phase is all about creating that often elusive FLOW that a business needs to scale. This is not the most exciting phase, which is probably why a lot of people ignore it … but the impact of doing this is well worth the effort! 

Here’s your 3 steps to create that flow:

STEP 1:  First I’ll help you Brainstorm with all your leaders and their departments. You and your team will make note of what’s working and be sure that it’s clear and repeatable. Then you’ll want to look at the roadblocks and the obstacles and figure out the best approach to overcome those and then ensure that you detail every step and action. Ultimately we want every department and every role to have very clear and defined systems and processes to ensure they are proceeding in the way that will lead to the best results in every case.  

STEP 2: Once you’ve properly brainstormed and you have all your notes in one spot, I will guide you to work with your team to come up with a finished product … YOUR Thrive Business System (you can call it what you want).

Step 3: Finally we’ll want to Implement that system into your business. The next phase will help us with this but you’ll definitely share the system with your entire team and begin to prepare them to put it all into practice.

Do not underestimate the value of creating your Thrive Business System. I’m sure you’ve experienced mixed results based on who is doing the job and you’ve had mixed customer feedback about their experience. Create your Thrive Business System and that will be a thing of the past. This is the point that your business begins to become more systems dependent, rather than people dependent. This doesn’t mean people aren’t important, they are essential, but your business can’t grow depending on the whims of each individual personality and methodology.

So now it is time for our final phase and this one is absolutely critical. It’s the one that actually get’s all this great stuff we’ve been working on and all the great stuff you’ve thought about before, to actually stick … to become an every day part of your business. We’re talking about the Infusion phase. This is consistently the difference between a surviving business and a thriving business, so let’s get this right!

Here’s your 3 steps to make that Infusion happen:

STEP 1:  The first thing I’m going to help you do is create your Meeting Rhythm. I know people hate meetings but it’s because they are doing them wrong. I promise you that meetings will become your favorite thing because you will see these meetings change the trajectory of your business, cause people to live and breathe your DNA and Destination, and increase your productivity like you never thought was possible! I’ll share how often to have your meetings and what to do in your meetings. I have you completely covered.

STEP 2: Next we’ll work on developing your Thrive Pulse Sheet. The idea behind this is that everyone in your company becomes responsible for at least one number. The Thrive Pulse Sheet is kind of like a scorecard that gives you a quick and consistent glance at how you’re doing as a company and everyone is part of it. This sheet will create more ownership from your team members and allow you to be far more proactive, rather than reactive, because you’ll be tracking critical numbers more frequently.

Step 3: Lastly, we’ll build your Thrive Culture Plan. Remember all that great work we did at the beginning, creating your DNA? Well, now it’s time to ensure that it really does define your business and your people actually live it out consistently and naturally. I’ll help you to work with your team to create a plan that will reinforce your DNA by rewarding behavior that exemplifies your DNA. Ultimately your Thrive Culture Plan will help your team keep your DNA top of mind and encourage positive behavior. It’s very rewarding to see your business come to life and truly embrace the DNA and it makes a huge impact on job satisfaction, quality of work done, and your customers experience.


 Ok, so that’s the model! Not super sexy but super powerful. I’m not trying to impress you with cool tricks and tactics. I’m not promising overnight success because of some special secret method. I’m giving you exactly what you need to scale your business! Each of these phases alone will move the needle on your business but done together in a succinct and focused way will position you to break through common ceilings and scale way beyond other businesses in your industry. More importantly you will see your profits increase, find the personal balance you’re looking for, and get that often elusive peace of mind because you’ve built a business that now supports your best life! 

Now, I’ll share a few more details just so you understand how the program will work and what’s included.

I’ve built this as a 6 month program but you can do it faster or slower depending on your needs and the size of your company. It’s completely up to you. Either way I will be there to support you and guide you along the way.

The content is primarily short, very specific videos. I’ve broken down each phase and often each step into smaller pieces to make it easier to absorb and apply. I’ve found this to be much more efficient and easier to stay on task. Many of the videos will also include a Thrive Sheet of some kind. Some are simple with just a few questions, while others are more in depth and functional. I’ll also be providing meeting agendas and even tips to create your talk for the company wide meetings. I’m including everything I can possibly think of to help you be successful in implementing this in your business.

Also, just want you to understand, if for some reason I missed something or I see the group struggling in an area, I will go to work and add whatever additional content and resources I can to ensure I help you. This will be a living, breathing program. This is not a set it and forget it kind of program. I will be invested in the continued growth and improvement of the program as we walk through it together.

That brings me to the next important point. So, yes you’ll have a lot of great content but I’ll also be holding a live coaching call weekly to help you with specific issues or struggles you might be having as you seek to implement this. The coaching calls will generally begin with an overview of some important point, maybe some bonus content but then most of the time will be walking through practical issues 1-1 with people in the group
